Tea Tasting, Blending, Cheese & Chocolate Pairing - May 25th

Looking for fun things to do in the Bay Area for tea lovers? Check out this hands-on workshop, where you will create popular tea drinks using loose-leaf teas, herbal/tisanes teas and natural ingredients from Africa, Asia and South America.

You'll have fun sampling an array of teas, blending a variety of ingredients and creating your own personal hot or cold brewed teas, iced tea, tea lattes and boba/milk tea to take home and enjoy.

Come to this class solo or with your friends, mom, or even your other half for a cute date idea.

Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted with a sample of tea to start off a discussion of the tea basics which will provide you with an understanding of the differences between white, green, oolong, black, Pu-erh teas, herbal/tisanes teas and their benefits.

Then, you'll jump in and make your own personalized tea blend(s) using the different teas, herbs and tisanes provided in the class. After that, your tea-loving instructor will give a demonstration how to make your own cafe-styled tea drinks.

There will also be a variety of artisanal cheeses and chocolates along with other sweet bites to pair with your tea. Explore the exquisite combinations that can be created with tea and food pairings.

This class offers a relaxing and creative environment where you will learn, sip, blend and sip again.

The goal of this workshop is to:
