Sejak, also known as “sparrow’s tongue” for its small, delicate leaves, is a vibrant green tea crafted from the year's second flush, harvested between late April and early May.

Grown on a lush, single-estate farm in the rolling hills of Boseong, this tea captures the lively freshness of spring. Harvesters carefully pluck young, tender leaves, which are hand-processed through steaming, rolling, and roasting techniques.

This meticulous process results in a tea that offers a balance of fresh, grassy notes and subtle nutty undertones.

TASTING NOTES: Fresh, vegetal, and nutty with a hint of sweetness and a soft, lingering finish.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:

Metric:
- Bring filtered water to 75–80°C
- Add 6 grams of tea to 240 milliliters of water (1 cup)
- Brew for 1–2 minutes. Adjust time or quantity for preferred strength.

Imperial:
- Bring filtered water to 167–176°F
- Add 0.21 ounces (6 grams) of tea to 8 ounces of water (1 cup)
- Brew for 1–2 minutes. Adjust time or quantity for preferred strength.

NOTE: High-quality tea such as this can be re-steeped 3–5 times.
