Chrysanthemum JoonJak is a unique green tea infused with the delicate essence of chrysanthemum flowers. The tea leaves, harvested during the third flush in early summer, are meticulously blended with dried whole chrysanthemum flowers to create a harmonious balance of floral sweetness and earthy depth. This tea is a delightful representation of the traditional Korean practice of incorporating flowers into teas to enhance both flavor and wellness.

TASTING NOTES: Floral, light, with hints of honey and a gentle earthy undertone.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:

Metric:
- Bring filtered water to 75-80°C
- Add 6 grams of tea to 240 milliliters of water
- Brew for 1–2 minutes. Adjust time or quantity for preferred strength.

Imperial:
- Bring filtered water to 167-176°F
- Add 0.21 (6 grams) ounces of tea to 8 ounces of water
- Brew for 1–2 minutes. Adjust time or quantity for preferred strength.

NOTE: High-quality tea such as this can be re-steeped 3–5 times.
