Our Raw Honey for Rooibos is harvested from the nectar of Japanese Knotweed, a unique floral source that produces a striking dark amber honey with a deep, rich flavor. Its bold character pairs beautifully with rooibos, enhancing the tea’s natural warmth and sweetness without overpowering it.
This honey’s complexity makes it an exceptional choice for sweetening rooibos blends, herbal infusions, and even culinary creations that benefit from a robust, earthy sweetness.
