Persian Earl Grey tea is a more pungent and floral version of the traditional Earl Grey tea. It is a popular tea in Persia and is made by blending black tea leaves with extract from the rind of the Bergamot orange.
Pour 212F water over the tea and steep for 2-3 minutes.
