Dark, smooth and earthy, these mini pu’erh cakes are ripe (shou) pu’erh pressed into small single-serving rounds. Each cake steeps into a deep reddish-brown cup with notes of damp forest floor, cocoa and a gentle natural sweetness, with none of the bitterness of younger teas.
They are easy to drop into a cup or pot and re-steep several times, and they travel well, which makes them good for the office or a gift. Pu’erh is traditionally enjoyed after a meal.
Brewing Instructions
Use 1 cake per cup. Pour 212 F water over the tea and steep for 3-4 minutes. The cake can be steeped several times. For iced tea, brew double strength and pour over ice.

If you have changed your mind about a tea that you received and would like to return it for store credit, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Teas must be unopened.
