A blend of peppermint and ginger. Peppermint is known to support digestion by relaxing the gastrointestinal tract. Ginger acts as a digestive aid.
Brewing Instructions
- Use 1-2 teaspoon (or as desired) per cup of tea.
- Pour 212 F water over the tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.

If you have changed your mind about a tea that you received and would like to return it for store credit, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Teas must be unopened.
