This is a premium high mountain (~1800m) Silver Needle (Bai Hao Yin Zhen) White Tea from Jinggu, Yunnan province. It is made more precious as it is harvested from older trees (~40 to 80 years old). It produces a light yellow-colored liquor and due to the age of the trees, it has a richer & rounder flavor compared to most other white teas. It feels very refreshing with rich floral notes. It feels light to medium-bodied in the mouth and offers a soft liquor with a nice white fruit skin aroma. You can age your silver needle to enhance its flavors, sweetness, body, and to create more layers.
Origin: Jinggu, Yunnan, China (~1800m Elevation, harvested from 40–80 year-old trees)
