Origin: Private Reserve Estate, Yunnan, China (2015 High Mountain Harvest, elevated above 1,800 meters)

Lineage: Sourced from old and ancient trees ranging from 20 to 150 years old.

Profile: Pressed into a convenient breakaway tea bar where just a single small square yields a generous teapot or up to 5 cups of deeply layered tea. Naturally aged since 2015, this high-mountain white tea infuses into an incredibly smooth, comforting liquor brimming with alluring white fruit notes and a gentle, resting sweetness that develops beautifully across multiple steepings.

Benefits: Rich in vital antioxidants and protective polyphenols. Exceptionally well-suited for reducing internal inflammation, supporting long-term heart health, protecting cells from free radicals, and naturally combating aging.

BREWING SUGGESTION (this is just a guide; we encourage you to experiment and find a way that works for you!):

Western Style

  1. Break off one square and drop into a large teapot or thermos enough for 5 people (~40 oz total)
  2. Add 200F water and steep for 10-15 min or until it reaches the desired strength

Grandpa Style

  1. Break off one square and drop into a tea mug (~8 oz)
  2. Add 200F water and steep for 2-3 min or until it reaches the desired strength
  3. Start sipping the tea until there is about one third of liquid left in the cup, then fill it up with hot water again and repeat step #2, adjusting the steeping time as you see fit (repeat this until the tea loses its flavor)

Gongfu Cha Style

  1. Break off one square and drop into a gaiwan or yixing clay teapot
  2. Give the tea a quick rinse with 200F water
  3. Add 200F water and steep for ~30-sec or until it reaches the desired strength for the first infusion
  4. For the second to fifth infusions, add 200F water and steep for ~5-10-sec
  5. For subsequent infusions, increase the steeping time each time by ~10-sec until the tea loses its flavor
