“Mother Line” (母本) refers to material taken directly from the original, foundational trees—genetic anchors of the Man Song lineage. This particular release is officially registered and linked to tree number 001, harvested within the core Tea King Tree ground (曼松茶王地). The base manager’s signature accompanies the lot, affirming its provenance and authenticity. The source tree is estimated to be approximately 1,000 years old, standing as a living bridge between cultivated tea tradition and ancient forest vitality.

Origin: Core Tea King Tree Ground (Tree #001), Man Song, Yunnan (1,000-year-old ancient forest lineage)

Provenance & Verification: A collector's dream for absolute authenticity. The paper wrapper and label officially preserve the full traceability of this rare batch, explicitly documenting the Primary Processing Station (Chu Zhi Suo), Tea Garden Manager, Material Management Record, Total Yield of the Very First Harvest, Base Manager’s Verification, Precise Geographical Coordinates, and Official Tea Grade.

Profile: An imperial tribute masterpiece that pours a beautiful, soft amber liquor. It balances a gentle, delicate earthiness with elegant orchid florals and a clean, sugarcane sweetness that lingers deeply in the throat (Hou Yun).

Benefits: A highly sought-after collector's piece entering a beautiful transitional maturity. Prized for its steady, uplifting energy, it aids digestion, clears internal heat, and promotes healthy metabolic balance.

BREWING SUGGESTION (this is just a guide; we encourage you to experiment and find a way that works for you!):

Western Style

  1. Break off ~2–3g of tea and drop it into a large teapot or thermos enough for 3-4 people (~30-35 oz total)
  2. Add 200°F water and steep for 3-10 min or until it reaches the desired strength

Grandpa Style

  1. Break off ~3–4g of tea and drop it into a tea mug or glass (~8-12 oz)
  2. Add 200°F water and steep for ~1-2 min or until it reaches the desired strength
  3. Start sipping the tea until there is about one-third of liquid left in the cup, then fill it up with hot water again and repeat step #2, adjusting the steeping time as you see fit (repeat this until the tea loses its flavor)

Gongfu Cha Style

  1. Break off ~4–5g of tea and add it into a gaiwan or yixing clay teapot
  2. Give the tea a quick rinse with 200-212°F water
  3. Add 200-212°F water and steep for ~30-sec or until it reaches the desired strength for the first infusion
  4. For the second to sixth infusions, add 200-212°F water and steep for ~5-10-sec
  5. For subsequent infusions, increase the steeping time each time by ~10-sec until the tea loses its flavor
